In response to the national disaster on January 7, 2025, FEMA launched an emergency digital experience to streamline the aid process and communicate vital resources. I was brought in as Lead UX Designer and Creative Strategist to ensure a seamless, accessible, and emotionally responsive user experience, online and offline.
