As part of MedStar Health’s initiative to expand its digital reach and reinforce its brand identity, I led the user experience redesign for web and mobile platforms while spearheading a multimedia awareness campaign that included (2) 15-second video ad distributed on Hulu and Disney+.
The focus was to deliver a frictionless patient journey across platforms while extending the brand voice through emotionally resonant, digital-first storytelling.
