Led the end-to-end UX and UI strategy for Solventum’s enterprise online portal and catalog, building a scalable, responsive platform tailored for diverse user roles across B2B healthcare operations
Designed and implemented a custom design library in Figma (“Cobalt”), extending the existing system with over 50 new components to support accessibility, reusability, and brand consistency
Collaborated with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and stakeholders including the CEO to convert high-level business needs into discoverable, intuitive product experiences
Managed a cross-functional design team of 2 UX Designers and 3 UI Designers, while closely supporting front-end developers through agile implementation cycles
Conducted heuristic evaluations of the legacy portal to assess gaps in usability, modern UX patterns, and accessibility, leading to a redesigned Information Architecture (IA) and streamlined page flows
Created mid- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma, validating features through stakeholder reviews and iterative design sprints
Launched internal and external marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including email marketing and social media messaging, to support rollout and user onboarding
Championed collaborative documentation practices, embedding UX strategy directly into Jira tickets and conducting bi-weekly stakeholder brown bags to ensure alignment on priorities and roadmap execution
Drove component documentation and design system governance, defining naming conventions, token usage, and scalable auto-layout configurations for consistent developer handoff
