EdX/2U

At edX / 2U, I led the UX research and design rollout of a comprehensive visual and interaction system for their digital course catalog and learning platform. The project ask was to build a 25-page website merging the two brands, deliver 10 reusable page templates, and develop a unique, scalable design library in Figma to support design consistency across teams and channels.

This 3-month engagement began with a 1.5-month UX research phase, where I conducted stakeholder and client interviews, built heuristic evaluations, led competitive analysis, and created facilitator guides for qualitative research. These insights formed the foundation for a human-centered, business-aligned strategy.

I led a cross-functional design team of 2 UX designers and 3 UI designers, overseeing the entire design process from discovery through mid- to high-fidelity mockups. Working closely with the Functional team and dev leads, I supported the implementation of final assets, ensuring technical feasibility, accessibility compliance, and brand alignment at every stage.
